In one line

Cellcove keeps everything on your phone. It collects nothing, sends nothing, and

has no technical ability to reach the internet.

What the app stores

Cellcove stores the following inside its own private storage on your device:

optional notes

and cost

That is the complete list. There is no hidden identifier, no device

fingerprint, no advertising ID and no usage log.

What leaves your phone

Nothing. Cellcove declares no INTERNET permission in its manifest. An

Android app without that permission cannot open a network connection at all, so

it is not merely a promise not to transmit data - the app is incapable of it.

Specifically, Cellcove has:

Permissions

Cellcove requests no permissions at all - not location, not camera, not

contacts, not storage, not notifications.

Exporting or importing a backup uses Android's own document picker (the Storage

Access Framework). The system grants the app access to the single file you

choose, and nothing else on your device.

Backups you create

When you export a backup, a readable JSON file is written to the location you

select. From that moment the file is under your control - including any cloud

folder you may have chosen to save it into, which is then governed by that

provider's policy, not this one. Cellcove cannot read the file again unless you

explicitly import it.

Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled for this app

(android:allowBackup="false"), so your data is not copied to Google's servers

by the operating system. Device-to-device transfer when setting up a new phone

is permitted so that your map survives a handset change.

Children

Cellcove is a household utility and is not directed at children. It collects no

personal data from anyone, of any age.

Your control over your data

spare from the phone.

Because no data is ever sent anywhere, there is no server-side copy to request,

correct or delete.

Security

Data is held in the app's private storage area, which Android isolates from

other apps. Cellcove adds no network surface and no exported components other

than the launcher activity.

Changes to this policy

Any change ships inside an app update, with a new effective date at the top of

this document and in the copy shown in the app.
